If you like to plan your week by assigning to-dos to each day, then you’ll probably love this feature-you can now add a to-do from your Sunrise calendar to a list in Wunderlist. As you check them off in Wunderlist the to-do will move to the bottom of your list in Sunrise with a little check mark by it. If you have a number of to-dos due for today then they should now be showing up in your daily view. Take a look at your Visible Calendars and simply untick all the lists that shouldn’t show up. Luckily you can choose which lists you want to see in Sunrise. You know that list with all your to-dos for a surprise birthday party for your beloved? Perhaps you don’t want that one showing up in your calendar. Hey presto, you have officially integrated the two apps, let the fun begin. Find Wunderlist in the list, tap on ‘Connect’ and sign-in. The firm’s purchase of Acompli gave it a major player in the third-party email space, while Sunrise has long been a popular choice for those seeking an improved calendar app. A Wunderlist purchase would give Microsoft another key third-party app as it seeks to become all things to all people in the productivity space. The Journal cites sources ‘familiar with the matter,’ but neither Microsoft nor the German start up 6Wunderkinder GmbH, has confirmed the reports as of yet. The Wall Street Journal reports the deal, which apparently falls somewhere between £65m and £130m, will see Wunderlist join the likes of Accompli and caldendar app Sunrise as recent additions to the Microsoft stable. Microsoft has reportedly splashed out between $100 and $200 million on the developer behind the exceedingly popular to-do list app Wunderlist. ![]()
